Writing Competitions
The Youth Writers Collective not only strives to build a community of strong and passionate writers, but it also wishes to provide incentives to students who put in hard work and determination in a given task. Wether a student has participated in the Creative Writing Workshops or not, they are welcome to join the monthly competition pools for a chance to win a $20 gift card! Interested students will submit a short story by the due date and will receive results for the competition in 1-2 weeks following.

Let your imagination run wild! This month exclusively, we are hosting an open-genre creative writing competition to let you truly tap into your creative mind. Whether it's fantasy, sci-fi, mystery, or something entirely unique, we want to read your best story. There are no limits - just bring your creativity & passion to the page!
